Peris Jones, PhD, is currently a researcher at the Norwegian Institute of Urban and Regional Research, Oslo and co-editor of Democratising Developmemnt: The Politics of Socio-Economic Rights in South Africa. Martinus Nijhoff, Leiden (with K. Stokke). He wrote this book while he was Senior Researcher at the University of Oslo, Norwegian Centre for Human Rights.
