How do you choose content for your audiobooks?

Macmillan Audio produces audio programs based on best-selling books published by the Macmillan group including: St. Martin’s Press; Farrar, Straus and Giroux; Henry Holt and Company; and Tor/Forge. Additionally, we also produce Macmillan Audio original programs. We do not accept unsolicited submissions, or responsibility for loss or damage to, or return of, unsolicited materials sent to us; unsolicited materials are recycled or otherwise discarded it.

The audiobook I purchased is defective.

If you purchased an audiobook and a component is missing or was delivered to you as defective, please call us at 646-600-7856 or email [email protected] to replace it.

What is the difference between abridged and unabridged audio titles?

Unabridged means that the work is presented in its entirety. Abridged means that the audio is an edited version of the book that has been approved by the author.

How do I become a reader for Macmillan Audio?

Macmillan Audio uses authors, celebrity readers, and professional actors or artists as audiobook readers. We do not accept unsolicited demos.
