Jen Wang was born in 1984 and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated SFSU with a Sociology degree, and has worked as a photolab assistant, sandwich maker, animation assistant, and at the front desk of a hostel. She is currently in Los Angeles working on graphic novels.
