Sheri Caldwell

Linda S. Gravett is the author of HRM Ethics:  Perspectives for a New Millennium and co-author of Bridging the Generation Gap:  How to Get Radio Babies, Baby Boomers, Gen Xers and Gen Yers to Work Together and Achieve More.  Dr. Gravett is the Senior Partner of Gravett and Associates and has consulted with both private sector and nonprofit organizations since 1991, helping them leverage the talents of a diverse workforce to gain competitive advantage in a global society.

Sheri A. Caldwell currently teaches undergraduate through Ph.D. level HR courses at the University of Findlay and The University of Toledo.  She is the former Vice-President of Human Resources at Hickory Farms responsible for employment, compensation, benefits, training and development, in addition to facilities management.
