Wayne Bert

Wayne Bert is the author of The Reluctant Superpower: United States' Policy in Bosnia 1991-95 and of The United States, China and Southeast Asian Security: A Changing of the Guard? He taught international politics and Asian studies for a decade at Wilmington College, Ohio and recently taught at the Foreign Affairs University in Beijing. He served as a policy analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense in Washington, D.C., and is the author of numerous articles on international politics, Chinese foreign policy, and Asian politics.
