  • Maryann Cocca-Leffler has created over 50 books for children, including Princess K.I.M. and the Lie That Grew and Jack’s Talent. She was inspired to write A Vacation for Pooch when her youngest child was preparing to go away to college. Maryann realized that at any age, separation from a loved one, whether human or pet, can be difficult. Still, even when miles separate us, love will always be the connection. Maryann lives in New Hampshire with her family.
