She was inspired to write A Vacation for Pooch when her youngest child was preparing to go away to college. Maryann realized that at any age, separation from a loved one, whether human or pet, can be difficult. Still, even when miles separate us, love will always be the connection. Maryann lives in New Hampshire with her family.
