Whilst I enjoyed C.J Box's 'Bue Heaven' I found it to be pretty heavy at times, whilst his writing was very detailed and created a very vivid image, sometimes it kind of dragged you away from the plot, and found myself to be bored on a few chapters, even though it picked up after 200 pages or so... ...more

I loved this book...to a point. This book was amazingly detailed, it was written in a way that built suspense, interest in characters and it just drew me in. That is, up until the last couple chapters. It's almost like the author all of a sudden got bored and just wanted to slap a cheap bargain-b... ...more

I found Blue Heaven an excellent read. The characters read real. The pacing and cadence fit the story and characters. The plot was well thought out, logical and gave intelligence to all the characters. I enjoyed the whole story and felt the ending fit.
