Praise for The Kingfisher Atlas of World History

Library Media Connection
(starred review) This extensive volume covers an enormous span of history in an organized, easy-to-follow manner. Divided into four major sections: The Ancient World, The Medieval World, Exploration and Empire, and The Modern World, this book is thorough without becoming overwhelming to readers. . . . Overall, thi sis a great addition to the collection for its breadth of topic and ease of use. Highly Recommended.

This beautifully  presented and carefully reserached book presents history in a new way that will show young readers that history does not have to be dull and dry. Quite the contrary.
