Internet use is growing by 25 percent per year. As everybody learns to log on, Internet voting will become the centerpiece of our democracy. While it will be many years before the politicians who control Congress and the state legislatures let us actually vote over the Internet, we Americans will use the Net anyway, increasingly and massively, to express our views to the government.
