As far as business books go, this was an interesting read. I'm trying to improve my "emotional intelligence" and understand people better, and I think this book helped me with that. It compares your co-workers to toddlers in a way that I think is quite convincing... ...more

Shari Storm

Shari Storm has managed people for twenty years. She earned her MBA from Seattle University, with an emphasis in corporate leadership, and is now an executive for a $400 million financial institution. She teaches at the University of Washington’s Experimental College and mentors graduate students at Seattle University. Storm writes for Momlogic and the Working Mother magazine blog. She lives with her husband and three young daughters near Seattle, Washington.
