Dr. Belisa Vranich and Brian Sabin

DR. BELISA VRANICH has taught her breathing exercise to the Department of Justice’s first responder staff in San Diego (SWAT, Homeland Security, Border Patrol, DEA), to DEA agents in New York City, and to firefighters across the world. She has worked alongside Lt. Grossman and Jocko Willink. She is the Director of Breathing Science at The Ash Center for Comprehensive Medicine and is also the author of Breathe, covered in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal and more.
