From Hugo and Locus Award-winning author Naomi Kritzer, CatNet is a series of thought-provoking near-future YA thrillers that could not be more timely as it explores issues of online privacy, artificial intelligence, and the power and perils of social networks. Written from the point-of-view of a sentient AI that loves cat pictures and the diverse group of teenage friends who discover its secret, The New York Times Book Review described Catfishing on CatNet as “A pure delight…that’s as tender and funny as it is gripping and fast-paced. This book is perfect.”
Catfishing on CatNet is the winner of the 2020 Edgar Award Winner for Best Young Adult Novel.
