Animal Crackers

From filmmaker Scott Christian Sava and artists Alison Acton and Mike Holmes, the Animal Crackers graphic novels take you ringside to thrill to the adventures of Owen, a young boy able to transform into any creature with the help of his magical box of treats. Using this gift, he battles unscrupulous ringmasters and shady circus folks to rescue animals performing against their will.

Now, the basis for the animated film featuring the voice talents of Emily Blunt, John Krasinski, and Danny DeVito.

Scott Christian Sava

Scott Christian Sava's work has brought some of the world's most beloved characters to life through film, television, comics, and games. In 2000 he founded Blue Dream Studios, which has produced work for Star Wars, X-Files, Aliens vs. Predator, Spider-Man, and other franchises, in addition to creating its own original content. The studio's first feature film, Animal Crackers, is now in full production. Scott is currently "living the dream" in his hometown of Franklin, TN.

Alison Acton is one half of Studio Dooomcat, comic and concept artists from Ottawa, Canada. Her background is traditional animation and she currently works from home as an illustrator and apparel designer. She has 3 small boys, including 5 year old identical twins, and thus spends most of her days hiding in the office hoping for quiet, and stepping on Lego.
