Benyamin B. Lichtenstein

Benyamin Lichtenstein, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He has authored 45 articles and chapters in academic journals including Organization Science, Journal of Business Venturing, Leadership Quarterly, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, , Human Relations and others.  He has also published in management practice journals including Sloan Management Review and The Academy of Management Executive, where he was awarded the Best Article of the Year in 2001.   Prof. Lichtenstein’s business experience includes early careers in high-tech marketing and conference planning; for the past 16 years he has done consulting and training for executives and growing companies in the fields of high-tech, product design, manufacturing, and human potential.  His management specialties include generative collaborations for business sustainability, and in helping entrepreneurial organizations emerge, grow and transform.
