Boris Kagarlitsky

Boris Kagarlitsky is director of the Institute of Globalisation Studies, Moscow. He was a political prisoner under Brezhnev and is the author of New Realism, New Barbarism, The Twilight of Globalisation and Russia under Yeltsin and Putin (all Pluto Press).
