Eric A. Heinze is Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Studies at the University of Oklahoma. He is the author of Waging Humanitarian War: The Ethics, Law, and Politics of Humanitarian Intervention (SUNY Press, 2009). His research has most recently appeared in Global Governance, Political Science Quarterly, and the Journal of International Political Theory. He teaches courses on international relations theory, international law, and international human rights.
