About the Author
Carolyn Chambers Clark, EdD, RN, ARNP, is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with a Masters Degree in Mental Health Nursing and a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University and is a fellow of the American Academy of Nursing. A member of the Doctoral Faculty for the Health Sciences Program at Walden University, she has maintained a private wellness education practice for more than thirty years. She is the co-author with Paul J. Rosch, M.D. of De-Stress, Weigh Less.
