Talent and Development

Our Talent and Development team is dedicated to delivering effective, efficient, and sustainable initiatives that address Macmillan’s talent needs and have the maximum impact in driving employee engagement, development, and performance. Our talent team hosts a wide variety of learning content including virtual and online sessions as well as a seasonal Mentorship Program. 

Office

Our headquarters are located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan with convenient access to mass transit connecting it to the rest of Manhattan, Brooklyn and New Jersey through the Fulton Transit Center and World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Our office includes a number of floors with collaborative areas as well as a rooftop space.
