RABIA CHAUDRY is an attorney, president of the Safe Nation Collaborative, and National Security Fellow at the New America Foundation. She is a frequent public speaker and her writing has appeared in numerous outlets including Time.com, The Huffington Post, and the Chicago Times. A family friend of Adnan Syed, she has long advocated on behalf of his innocence and contacted Sarah Koenig, who investigated Syed's case in the podcast Serial.
